G.I.GLOBAL SCHOOL offers a nurturing environment which fosters skills in children to empower them for the 21st century.
Our endeavour has been to ensure Quality in Education and to provide a platform where learning is experiential, sequential and a lifelong memory. Just as learning is child's play at GIGS, the admission procedure too is simple and parent friendly.
ADMISSION PROCESS
3-Phases Of Admission Process
Phase 1
Registration & Inquiry
- Step 1: Online/Offline Inquiry: Parents fill out an inquiry form on our website or visit the school campus.
- Step 2: Visit & Registration: Book a visit and explore the G.I. Global School campus and register your ward.
- Step 3: Submission: Submit the completed form along with the required registration fee.
- Step 4: Meet the Principal or Management: Understand our academics, values, facilities, and child development approach.
Phase 2
Evaluation & Interaction
- Nursery to Kindergarten (KG): Informal interaction with the child and parents. Written and oral test will conduct for LKG and UKG
- Classes I to IX: A basic written assessment in English, Mathematics, Social Science, Hindi and Science to evaluate grade readiness.
- Class XI: Admission is based on Class X Board Exam results and a personal interview. Streams (Science, Commerce, Humanities) are allotted according to merit.
Phase 3
Admission Confirmation
- Step 1: Result Declaration: After the written test evaluation, Students will get their result for the same.
- Step 2: Document Verification: Parents must present original documents for verification.
- Step 3: Fee Payment: Secure the seat by paying the admission and first-term fees within the stipulated deadline.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Documents to Submit
Please ensure all documents are ready before starting the admission process. This will help expedite your application.
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to Class I onwards)
- Evidence of having graduated from the previous class
- 4 photographs of the student
- 2 parents photographs
- Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from Class II onwards)
- Proof of residence
- Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification
- Photocopies of all achievement certificates in Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular activities
- Photocopy of Passport if available (Mandatory for overseas students)
- The Admission documentation booklet must also be completed and duly signed by both Parents
